Choose a topping of your choice for your hot dog.

1.) Pimento Cheese Dog

Ingredients:

1/4 cup minced pimentos

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. hot sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and top hot dog.

2.) Blue Cheese Dog

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and top hot dog.

3.) Cream Cheese and Scallion Dog

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. cream cheese

1 tbsp. milk

1/2 tsp. sea salt

2 scallions (chopped)

poppy seeds for sprinkling on top

Mix cream cheese, milk sea salt and scallions together. Top dog with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

4.) BLT Dog

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup chopped tomato

8 slices of cooked crispy bacon (crumbled)

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise together. Put mixture on top of hot dog and put crumbled bacon on top.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
4 (8oz.) bars of cream cheese (softened)
5 eggs
1 1/2 pints sour cream
4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Mix well.
Ingredients for Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 stick margarine
3 tbs. sugar
Directions:
1.Mix all ingredients together.
2. In a 9 inch spring pan, layer graham cracker filling on the bottom of the pan. Make sure crumbs are spread evenly.
3. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of crumbs.
4. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake stay in oven until oven is cool.
*Important: Don’t open oven while baking. Only open when oven has completely cooled down.
5. You can use canned cherries, blueberries or pineapples on top. You can also leave it plain.
Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:

A Loaf Of Multigrain Sliced Bread (Toasted)

1 (8oz.) cream cheese

2 ripe bananas (sliced thin)

1 cup fresh blueberries

salmon lox

1 small red onion (sliced)

Directions:

  1. On toasted bread, spread some cream cheese.
  2. On one slice of bread put sliced banana and blueberries.
  3. On one slice of bread put lox and red onion.  (see photos)

Cheddar Beer Dip

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz.) bars of cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix

1/2 cup beer

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in one bowl and mix well using a mixer.

2. Once creamy, refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.

*Serve with pretzels.

Creamy Garlic Parsnips

A great alternative to mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. parsnips

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 bulb of garlic

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

olive oil

Directions:

1. Wash, peel and cut parsnips into cubes. Place into boiling water for approximately 30 minutes. (until parsnips can have a fork pick them up)

2. Meanwhile, take 1 whole bulb of garlic. Put 1 tsp. of olive oil on the bulb and wrap in aluminum foil. Place in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. You want the garlic cloves to be soft when done.

3. After 30 minutes, strain parsnips. Remove all water.

4. Remove garlic from oven and remove skin.

5. In a mixing bowl, add parsnips, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt and pepper. With a mixer, mix until parsnips are creamy. Add a little extra salt and pepper if needed.

Serve warm.
