Choose a topping of your choice for your hot dog.

1.) Pimento Cheese Dog

Ingredients:

1/4 cup minced pimentos

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. hot sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and top hot dog.

2.) Blue Cheese Dog

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and top hot dog.

3.) Cream Cheese and Scallion Dog

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. cream cheese

1 tbsp. milk

1/2 tsp. sea salt

2 scallions (chopped)

poppy seeds for sprinkling on top

Mix cream cheese, milk sea salt and scallions together. Top dog with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

4.) BLT Dog

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup chopped tomato

8 slices of cooked crispy bacon (crumbled)

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise together. Put mixture on top of hot dog and put crumbled bacon on top.

Grilled Corn Salad

Ingredients:

6 ears fresh corn, husked with silks removed
2 tbsp. canola oil
sea Salt and black pepper (pinch of each)
1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

Lemon Dressing Ingredients:

1 lemon, juiced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt and a pinch freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Rub corn with 2 tablespoons of canola oil and season with sea salt and black pepper. Grill or broil corn for 7 minutes or until ears are lightly browned. Remove from grill and allow to cool. Remove the kernels from the cob and place in a large mixing bowl along with red pepper and scallions.

2. In a small bowl, prepare dressing by whisking together lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve at room temperature.

Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

1 small red onions (sliced thin)

6 cups finely shredded green cabbage

5 carrots, peeled and grated

5 tablespoons white wine vinegar

3/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp. caraway seeds

sea salt to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, toss together the green cabbage, onion, and carrots. (Let chill in refrigerator.)
2. After vegetables are chilled, add olive oil, white wine vinegar, caraway seeds and sea salt to taste. Mix well.

Serve cold.

4th of July Spirits

Ingredients:

1 oz. Cruzan Aged Light Rum

1 oz. Cruzan Strawberry Rum

Lime slices

soda water

Optional: Strawberry Slice For Garnish

Directions:

Add rum and ice and shake in a cocktail shaker. Put cubes in a glass and pour chilled rum over it. Pour chilled soda water on top. Stir and drink.
