Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) can of white cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
1 ripe avocado (pit removed and inside scooped out)
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1/2 fresh lemon (juiced)
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. sea salt
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and beat until creamy.
*Serve or refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetables or multi-grain chips.
