Chicken Fajita Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb. cooked chicken (shredded)

2 cups of corn

2 cups red bell peppers (sliced thin)

1 cup yellow bell peppers (sliced thin)

1/2 cup red onion (sliced)

3 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

2 tsp. sea salt

1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients, except olive oil.

2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3. Add olive oil before serving. Mix well.
