1  9 inch round tart shell

10 fresh figs (cut in half)

1  8 ounce container chilled mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup chilled heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp. honey

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


1. In a large bowl mix/whip mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, sugar, honey and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy. Refrigerate for  about 2 hours.

2. Fill tart shell with mascarpone filling. Top with sliced figs. Push figs down so it sticks to tart filling. (See photo)

3. Keep refrigerated before serving.
