1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp (peeled and cleaned)

3 large mangos (peeled, sliced and cut into thin slices)

4 cloves of garlic (chopped)

olive oil

sea salt and black pepper


1. In a large skillet add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Brown garlic and add shrimp.

2. Cook until shrimp becomes pink and add mango.

3. Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper and stir.

4. Cook for an additional 3 minutes and serve.

Serve as an entree or as an appetizer or as h’orderves .
