5 large white potatoes (peeled, sliced into one inch thick pieces)

2 cups bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated cheese

1 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

4 egg whites (beaten)

1 tbs. vegetable oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

2. Dip potato sticks into egg whites and then bread crumb mixture.

3. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil. Brush entire pan. Put potatoes on pan.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are soft and crunchy. Turn over half way through.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
