3 cups quick oats

1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups of flour (sifted)

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 stick of butter

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup dark cocoa

1/4 cup water

2 eggs

1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda,water, dark cocoa and chocolate chips. Stir well.

2. In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

3. Slowly combine oats with butter mixture. Blend together.

4. Drop round spoonfuls on to an non-greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove and let cool.
