6 slices of chicken cutlets

1/2 pound of ham (chopped)

6 slices of swiss cheese

6 tbs. of butter

3/4 cup white wine

1 cup chicken stock

1 tbs. parsley (chopped)

salt and pepper


1. Take each chicken cutlet. Place a slice a cheese on top. Put a little chopped ham on top. Roll chicken cutlet and seal with toothpick. You can also wrap with string.

2. In a skillet, add butter. When butter is melted, add chicken. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. Brown on each side. After browning, add wine and chicken stock. Put heat on low. Let cook for an additional 20 minutes.

3. Sprinkle parsley on top and let cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
