1 lb. penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)

1 lb. baby shrimp (cleaned and deveined)

1 lb. broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)

2 vine tomatoes (diced and seeds removed)

2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

olive oil

salt and pepper


1. Set up a large pot with water to boil. When water boils, throw in broccoli for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, drain broccoli well.

2. In a large skillet, add 3 tbs. of olive oil. Put in garlic and brown. When garlic begins to brown, add shrimp. Turn shrimp. After 4 minutes, add broccoli and tomatoes. Drizzle a little more olive oil on top. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper and stir. Reduce to a low heat.

3. Boil another pot of water. When water boils, throw in macaroni. Depending on the pasta you use, do a taste test to see if done. When pasta is done, drain well.

4. Pour shrimp and broccoli on top of pasta. Grate some parmesan cheese on top and serve.

Serves 6 people.
