Ingredients:

1 lb. romaine lettuce (chopped)

1 cup corn (drained if from a can)

1 cup carrots (thin slices/pieces)

1 cup edamame

1 cup cooked beets (thin slices/pieces)

Directions:

1. Wash romaine lettuce and drain well. Chop romaine lettuce and put in a bowl.

2. On top, place other ingredients.  Serve with your favorite dressing.
