2 lbs. Fresh Mozzarella

1 cup of bread crumbs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

black pepper

olive oil (optional)


1. Cut mozzarella into sticks or bite size pieces.

2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, and a pinch of black pepper.

*Note: If using flavored bread crumbs, you may want to omit grated cheese and pepper.

3. Roll mozzarella into bread crumbs.

4. You can bake mozzarella sticks in a 350 degrees oven, for 10 minutes on a baking sheet. The other option is to take a skillet and put in 3 tbs. of olive oil. Cook mozzarella stick for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve warm.
